 The Apollo Hospital located in India has succeeded in separating the Tanzanian female twins Abriana and Adriana who were joined under the chest and abdomen in a surgery that took place on November 17, 2014 in that country.  Twins conjoined in this fashion are known to experts as Thoraco Omphalopahus and the surgery performed by Apollo Hospital was successful and one of a kind.  Twins Abriana and Adriana before the surgery had been joined from below the chest and stomach, while they were also using one heart and liver that were joined together.
 The surgical challenge of these twins for the doctors was to separate them without bleeding too much which they were able to deal with properly.
 The surgery was performed by a panel of 50 experts specializing in various disciplines of pre- and post-operative health care which continued for 11 hours. The experts managed to separate the joints that were joined.  These twins recovered and recovered quickly, helping the entire healing process after surgery
